SHIPPING METHOD & POLICY
Once payment has been cleared, your item will be dispatched the following day. On the rare
occasion due to unforeseen circumstances, it may take a little while longer, however we can provide
you with a tracking number so you can to track and trace your delivery online.
All deliveries are made to the address provided.
Please ensure you address details are correct
and you provide a mobile number or contact telephone number for the consignment note. Some
transport companies charge a re-delivery fee for items that are undelivered.
Please note, we are not liable for any loss, theft or damage to any goods during shipping. You need
to select shipping insurance on checkout in order to be covered in the unlikely event your item is
damaged or lost.
Note: We only deliver to real addresses and not to PO Boxes of any sort. Heavy items over 40kgs may only be sent to a local business or else closest depo.

- Items are available for collection from our Campbellfield, VIC warehouse
- Orders can be paid at time of pick-up or online
