Returns & Replacements
How do I return an item?
Goods are only warranted for defects in manufacturing. Return of goods will be accepted up to 30 days after initial sale â€“ subject to Outback Equipment return policy.
Before goods may be returned, return approval number must be received from Outback Equipment. Return freight payable by returnee and goods should be received in original undamaged condition with proof of purchase. A replacement, credit or exchange will be organized on completion of assessment of the returned good(s) at the sole discretion of Outback Equipment. Maximum liability limited to the cost/value of the good(s) supplied, exclusive of freight.
For goods that require fitment or assembly our return policy cannot extend beyond the value/cost of the item ordered. This is in large part because the performance of these items is dependent on correct fitment, assembly and operation. Parts must only be fitted by qualified persons. Failure to comply with manufacturerâ€™s specifications may result in severe injury or death.
All goods should be fitted and checked to conform and in accordance with manufacturerâ€™s specifications.
