We specialise in delivery not only to the UK & Europe, but also Africa, Middle-East, North & South America, Russia, Asia and Australia.
We pride ourselves in delivering your item from the United Kingdom to as far as Australia in as little as 3 days depending on the service selected.
> What delivery methods do we use?
For UK orders we use Royal Mail or our Delivery Courier DHL Express.
For International Delivery we use Royal Mail Airmail or DHL to despatch your order.
If you have a problem with a delivery or with goods damaged in transit, please send us an email through ebay.
International DHL Express Courier Delivery – indicated on eBay by Express Int’l Postage
For an additional fee we can get you your item to pretty much anywhere in the world - FASTER !
We offer DHL Express delivery to our international customers allowing orders to be fully trackable. If the item you are ordering qualifies for the Express Int’l Postage service you will be shown this as a delivery option in the ‘Postage and Payments’ Tab on eBay.
The price of this service is dependent on the delivery country or region and will be displayed if applicable by selecting your country from the list on eBay.
If you select to upgrade to the Express Int’l Postage service we will send you an email with details on how to track your order once your order has been placed.
- If you order and we receive cleared payment before 3pm on a working Day (Mon-Fri) we will ship the same day.
- If you order after 3pm on a working Day (Mon-Fri) we will dispatch the next working day.
- For orders placed on a Friday after 3pm or on the Weekend (Sat-Sun) we will dispatch on the next working day.
> UK Delivery Options
eBay FAST & FREE, Standard or Economy Delivery - your order will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail, or in the case of larger items we will use DHL.
Ordered goods usually arrive by the eBay estimate for most of the UK mainland.
Express Delivery (Other 24 hour Courier) – your order will be treated as Priority Despatch and shipped by Royal Mail Tracked24 or in the case of larger items we will use DHL Domestic Express Delivery.
- UK customers should receive items we have in stock within 2 working days.
- We can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.
- If your order is really urgent we recommend using the Royal Mail Special Delivery(™) 1.00pm service.
Express Delivery (Royal Mail Special Delivery (TM) 1:00pm) – your order will be treated as Priority Despatch and shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery and will arrive on or before the estimated date before 1pm on that day.
- UK customers should receive items we have in stock within 2 working days.
- This should result in you receiving your item the next working day (after dispatch) however we can make no guarantees on the speed of the postal/courier service used which is why we recommend allowing 2 working days.
- This service also has the added benefit of Guaranteed Delivery before 1pm on the day of delivery.
If your delivery address is in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, or the Channel Islands delivery times may be longer.
- All parcels shipped using our Express Delivery services will have to be signed for at the place of delivery.
- Bank holidays will add an extra working day to the estimated delivery lead times.
> Europe & International Delivery Options
Royal Mail International Signed For - your goods will be processed as normal and shipped by Royal Mail. Tracking information is available up to and includes the last point of exit from the United Kingdom. Further tracking information will be limited to the delivery country as in most cases the parcel will be passed over to the local Mail network.
- Customers in Benelux, Ireland, France & Germany should take delivery of items we have in stock within 3-5 working days.
- The Rest of Europe may take up to 15 working days for items to be delivered.
- The Rest of the World (ROW) takes between 3-5 weeks for delivery.
- For orders to Russia & South America including Argentina, Brazil, Chile etc. items may take longer due to additional processing delays from customs.
- If your order is urgent we recommend you select Express Int’l Postage (DHL Express).
*Express Int’l Postage – your order will be treated as Priority Despatch and shipped by DHL Express International fully Tracked service and will arrive on or before the estimated date or a maximum of 5 working days. Tracking information is available up to and includes the delivery point. Items are scanned at every entry and departure point.
- Maximum 5 Working days delivery time applies to most of the world unless you are in a very remote location eg. Solomon Islands, American Samoa etc.
- Transit times do NOT include customs processing delays.
- We are not able to offer Express services to all destinations due to customs processing procedures in those countries. We will advise.
- Deliveries using this service cannot be made to PO Box addresses. Please supply a physical address.
We make every effort to make the customs and Duty process as clear, simple and painless as possible for our customers buying from us outside the European Union, however any Taxes or Duties payable remain the responsibility of the buyer.
What if I want to change my address after I have ordered?
Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed as we are bound by the terms and conditions of use by Paypal. If your items have not been dispatched we will offer you the option of cancelling your order so that you can re-order with the new address as long as you contact us before we have dispatched your order.
What happens if I’m out when my item is delivered?
Many of our items don’t require a signature so the Postman will put your item through the letterbox. If the size of the item doesn’t allow them to do this, they will leave the item in a safe place or with a neighbour.
If there is nobody in for an item that requires a signature on delivery, then the courier will leave a calling card. You can then phone them using the details to arrange delivery for another day or collect your goods from your local depot.
You may be able to get your item re-directed to an alternative address once a delivery attempt has been made, please use the details provided on the ‘while you were out’ card to contact the delivery courier directly if this is possible.
What happens if my item is Damaged?
If this is the case please accept our sincere apologies in advance. Please contact us through ebay and we will be happy to assist.
What happens if I still haven’t received my item?
Please check the estimated delivery times for your region. If your item still hasn’t been delivered after this time please contact us through eBay messages and we will investigate.
Will I receive my order any sooner if I pay for delivery?
- Yes - we process orders where priority despatch has been paid for first.
- If you pay for priority despatch, we will despatch the items we have in stock straight away. We will, of course, contact you if any items will be delayed or if there are any issues with stock.
What happens if an item in my order is delayed?
- We at Sustuu are human beings after all and mistakes do very rarely occur. If an item cannot be dispatched due to the fact that it is out of stock or has been damaged in our warehouse we will contact you with a delivery estimate, if you are happy to wait until new stock arrives or we can get a replacement.
- Any items that we place on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no additional delivery charge.
We want you to be ecstatic with your Purchase ! Please buy with total confidence.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, simply contact us through eBay messages and we will issue you with a Returns number. You can then return the item in saleable condition for a Full refund (excluding postal costs), all that we ask is that the item is not used and all packaging is kept in its Pristine condition.
Please Note that this excludes software, mapping and Hygiene products as these can only be exchanged if faulty.
